Tesco was found on the principle of servicing our key client - Evraz - in which case we have fulfilled their electrical maintenance contract continuously for over two decades. Tesco's scope of work has diversified from being an electrical contractor, to now include a welding and fabrication shop; a motor/generator rewinding facility; and an industrial heating, cooling and building automation division. Tesco Automation is the latest addition to the Tesco Group, which is focused on providing power system design and commissioning deliverables, including project management and consulting services, with a speciality in Substation Automation and IEC 61850.
Tesco Automation is a growing company of engineers, project managers and technologists who specialize in the engineering, procurement and commissioning of Protection, Control and SCADA Systems, with a particular focus on IEC 61850 based solutions. We continually strive to find the equilibrium between "Cost" vs "Benefit" and pride ourselves on knowing the technology invested in by our clients has been utilized to its utmost; in other words, no low-lying fruit are left unpicked.
With over 25 years experience serving the steel manufacturing, oil & gas, and agriculture industries; Tesco Electric has established a reputation for "getting her done" and are known to adapt to the challenging environments in which we work.
